Busytown Bikes carries comfort and hybrid bikes from Giant, Jamis and Scott. Below are pictures of each of the models we carry. Click on the link or picture of each bike to see the manufacturer's web page for that model.

Hybrid bikes are a blend between road and mountain bikes. They offer slightly wider tires than a road bike, a flat handlebar like a mountain bike and a broad range of gears. Hybrid bikes are great for a fitness enthusiast who wants to ride on the road, someone who wants to commute or get out and ride with their kids.

We are also happy to custom order models you don't see listed here. We regularly order higher end models for our more discerning customers.

  • Jamis Coda Sport ($530) Steel framed hybrid goodness. Attractive styling, great for fitness and recreation or just getting around town.

  • Jamis Commuter 1 ($415) An excellent commuter bike. Comes stock with fenders and a rack. Very comfortable, very stylish.

  • Jamis Allegro Sport ($519) A great entry level flat-bar road bike, the Jamis Allegro works as a recreational ride or a commute bike.

  • Allegro Sport Femme ($519) The women's specific version of the Allegro.

  • Scott Metrix 40 ($579) The Metrix 40 is Scott's entry level flat-bar road bike and it has solid aluminum construction and trigger shifters.

  • Scott Metrix 30 ($719) The Metrix 30 ups the ante with improved shifters and better quality wheels.

  • Jamis Allegro Comp ($729) The Allegro Comp offers a carbon fork which reduces road vibrations and reduces weight. Improved shifters and wheels round out a very nice mid-range flat-bar road bike.

  • Allegro Compe Femme ($729) Women's specific model of the Allegro Comp.

  • Jamis Allegro Comp Disc ($830) Moving up a notch to hydraulic disc brakes (which work great even when it's wet out), the Allegro Comp Disc is one of the top fitness and recreation bikes.

  • Jamis Beatnik (fixie) ($409) What bike shop would be complete witout a "fixie"? Fixed gear bikes are a unique breed and the Beatnik is a great way to get into the world of fixed gear riding (where if the wheel is turning the cranks turn too).
